We Received Our Provisional Licenses!

The Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) has officially approved our Delivery Courier and Delivery Operator provisional licenses! This milestone demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality services and marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our journey.

Receiving a provisional license from the CCC signifies that we have passed a rigorous application review and are deemed fit to proceed with the necessary preparations to operate within this highly regulated industry.

What are the next steps?

Registering Key Personnel

To ensure the CCC recognizes all team members who play an active role in our operations, our employees, executives, and volunteers will be registered as agents.

Architectural Review & Office Build-Out

To create a productive, efficient, and safe work environment, we will submit architectural plans to the CCC to renovate our facility. Once the CCC approves our plans, we can begin our office build-out!

Post-Provisional License Inspection

Once the office build-out is complete, we will request a Post-Provisional License Inspection. This inspection will confirm compliance with all regulations and requirements, including security, storage, and delivery procedures.

Commitment to Excellence

We understand the growing demand for safe and reliable cannabis delivery, and we're excited to be part of this burgeoning industry. Rest assured that your well-being remains our top priority as we proceed with these developments. We're dedicated to setting a standard of excellence, trust, and transparency in our operations.

Thank you!

A special thank you to our late friend and Co-Founder, Andres Castañeda, and his family.

We would also like to thank Lynnway Associates, Jordan T. Avery & Associates Inc., the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Lynn, and our ward’s councilman, Coco Alinsug.
